We seek top-caliber clerks and associates who will prosper from our environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, where we cultivate teamwork, and where we practice stewardship. All summer clerks are hired with the expectation that they will become full-time attorneys with the firm after graduation from law school, and eventually will become shareholders.

The summer clerks must have technical bachelor or graduate degrees, and the clerk classes are made up primarily of 2L students. We seek clerks who have performed well in law school and undergraduate school and exhibit superior writing skills. Associates are generally hired from within the summer clerk classes.
