Kinney & Lange - Minneapolis

We are located in the Kinney & Lange Building at 312 South 3^rd Street in downtown Minneapolis. The Kinney & Lange Building is a 6-story building connected to the downtown Skyway system. We are just north of the Federal Building and just south of the Milwaukee Road Depot.

Convenient parking is available in a Municipal Parking Ramp on Washington Avenue between 4^th and 5^th Avenues. The ramp is one block from our building and is connected to us by Skyway. The cost of parking in the ramp is about $2.75 per hour.

Street parking is sometimes available. Time limits on meters vary from 10 minutes to 2 hours and tend to be strictly enforced.

The directions that follow take you from the interstate to the parking ramp.

FROM THE NORTHEAST:

Go SOUTH on I-35W towards Minneapolis

Take the Washington Avenue exit

Turn RIGHT onto Washington Avenue

Go approximately 8 blocks to 4^th Avenue

To park in the ramp, turn LEFT onto 4^th Avenue and make a LEFT turn from 4^th Avenue into the parking ramp.

From the ramp, take the Skyway (3^rd level) across 4^th Avenue.

Our building is located on the Skyway between 4^th Avenue and 3^rd Avenue.

FROM THE NORTHWEST:

Go EAST on I-94 towards Minneapolis

Take the 4^th Street exit

Follow 4^th Street through downtown (approximately 9 blocks) to 5^th Avenue

To park in the ramp, turn LEFT onto 5^th Avenue

Go one block, cross 3^rd Street and turn LEFT from 5^th Avenue into the parking ramp.

From the ramp, take the Skyway (3^rd level) across 4^th Avenue.

Our building is located on the Skyway between 4^th Avenue and 3^rd Avenue.

FROM THE SOUTH:

Take 35W NORTH towards Minneapolis

As you approach downtown, stay in the far left lane

Take the 5^th Avenue exit (it’s a left lane exit)

Take 5^th Avenue for approximately 10 blocks

To park in the ramp stay on 5^th Avenue, cross 3^rd Street and turn LEFT from 5^th Avenue into the parking ramp.

From the ramp, take the Skyway (3^rd level) across 4^th Avenue.

Our building is located on the Skyway between 4^th Avenue and 3^rd Avenue.

FROM THE EAST:

Take I-94 WEST towards Minneapolis

Take the 5^th Street exit

Stay on 5^th Street as it curves around the Metrodome

Follow 5^th Street to 5^th Avenue

Turn RIGHT onto 5^th Avenue and work your way over to the left lane.

To park in the ramp, cross 3^rd Street and turn LEFT into the parking ramp.

From the ramp, take the Skyway (3^rd level) across 4^th Avenue.

Our building is located on the Skyway between 4^th Avenue and 3^rd Avenue.

FROM THE WEST:

Take I-394 EAST towards Minneapolis

As you approach downtown, stay in the left lanes

Follow the signs for the 4^th Street exit

Take the 4^th Street Exit and follow 4^th Street through downtown (approximately 9 blocks)

To park in the ramp, turn LEFT onto 5^th Avenue

Go one block, cross 3^rd Street and turn LEFT from 5^th Avenue into the parking ramp.

From the ramp, take the Skyway (3^rd level) across 4^th Avenue.

Our building is located on the Skyway between 4^th Avenue and 3^rd Avenue.
