Timothy A. Grathwol graduated from the University of
Minnesota-Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Mechanical Engineering. While completing his undergraduate
studies, he interned with Thermotech, Inc. Tim also received an
undergraduate research scholarship for modeling cooling effects on
film cooled turbine blades, and was a teaching assistant at the
University’s Physics Department. He also worked on the 1993
University of Minnesota Solar Vehicle Project.
After completing
his undergraduate studies, Tim worked in enterprise software for
several years. He received his Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from
William Mitchell College of Law in 2006. While attending law
school, Tim participated in the 2004-2005 Saul Lefkowitz Trademark
Moot Court Competition and won the Dolores K. Hannah National Best
Brief Award.
In his free time, Tim enjoys camping and
canoeing in the Boundary Waters, fine carpentry, and remodeling his
home in St. Paul.

Christa Head
graduated from the University of Iowa
College of Law
where she earned her Juris Doctor. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in
Chemical
Engineering from Iowa State University
in Ames, Iowa
Prior
to joining Kinney & Lange, Christa worked as an R&D Lab
Technician for Feed Energy Company in Des Moines, Iowa. She was also
a Research Intern at Bolton & Menk, Inc. a consulting engineering
firm in Ames, Iowa where she assisted firm partners with
environmental research pertaining to wastewater discharge
regulations. In her free time,
Christa enjoys geocaching, following Iowa State Athletics, and
spending time outdoors.
