Oak Kelsey
obtained his Bachelor of Arts in
Theater from Southwest Minnesota State University in 1995. He joined
Kinney & Lange in September 2005, and assists Tom Stueber, Alan Koenck, Mike Collins, and Tim
Grathwol with
trademark matters and patent prosecution.
His special interests include music and art.

Allison Mason
obtained her B.A. in Business Administration and International Business from the
University of St. Thomas in 2003. She joined Kinney & Lange in February 2007 and
assists Steve Komarec, Teresa Delanty
Mohabir, and Larrin Bergman with
trademark matters and patent prosecution.
Her special interests include Latin dancing, horseback riding,
hiking, camping, reading, and learning foreign languages.

Katherine M. Miller obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in 1991. She joined Kinney & Lange in October 1997 and assists with patent litigation and prosecution matters.
Her special interests include canoeing, camping, and spending time with her husband and friends.

Heidi Nell obtained her B.S. in Paralegal from Minnesota State
University Moorhead in 2006. She joined Kinney &
Lange in December 2006 and assists Paul Koziol, Christa Sindt,
and Jo Fairbairn with
trademark matters and patent prosecution.
Her special interests include motorcycles, singing karaoke, crocheting, reading,
playing pool, watching the Twins, and spending time with friends and family.

Diana Olson obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education (cum
laude) from Moorhead State University in 1985. She was a member of Kappa Delta
Pi and was in the national honor society. Before coming to Kinney & Lange, Diana
taught elementary school for several years. In her spare time, she enjoys
playing piano and singing in her church choir.

Kim Stringer graduated from Globe College and joined Kinney & Lange in
1998. Kim assists with patent prosecution and patent litigation matters.
Kim has a legal secretary degree and a Paralegal Associates degree in Applied Science.
She likes watching movies, reading and spending time with her children.
