Teresa Delanty Mohabir
received her Bachelor of Science Degree in genetics from Iowa State
University, with a minor in Spanish. While attending Iowa
State University, she worked as a research intern for the United
States Department of Agriculture.
Teresa received her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa, where
she was an associate editor for the Journal of Corporation Law and a
member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. In her spare
time, Teresa enjoys ballet, cooking, and fishing.

 Theodore F. Neils
joined Kinney &
Lange in 1985 after more than 20 years of experience at Honeywell, Inc.
as both an engineer and Division Counsel. He has extensive experience in
a variety of computer law areas and in electronics, semiconductors,
optics, communications and control.
Ted received his
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University
of Minnesota. He also received his Juris Doctor from the University of
Minnesota Law School.
