John S. (Jack) Munday
joined Kinney & Lange in 2007 after
40 years of experience as a patent attorney. He has worked for
Nalco Chemical Company, Beloit Corporation, Honeywell Inc., Pennwalt
Corporation, and he spent more than 20 years in private practice.
Jack
received his
Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Purdue
University, in West Lafayette, Indiana. He received his Juris Doctor from
DePaul University College of Law, in Chicago, Illinois.
Jack is the author
of four books of nonfiction.
In his spare time,
Jack
enjoys writing, ballroom dancing, cooking, and bicycle riding. He is
also well versed in theology and bereavement counseling.

Theodore F. Neils
joined Kinney &
Lange in 1985 after more than 20 years of experience at Honeywell, Inc.
as both an engineer and Division Counsel. He has extensive experience in
a variety of computer law areas and in electronics, semiconductors,
optics, communications and control.
Ted received his
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University
of Minnesota. He also received his Juris Doctor from the University of
Minnesota Law School.

Stuart A. Nelson
received his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree (with distinction) from the
University of Minnesota - Institute of Technology. While attending the University of Minnesota, he was
vice president of the Triangle Engineering Fraternity and worked as a
mechanical engineering intern for Ellerbe Becket.
Stuart received his Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from the
University of Minnesota Law School in 2004. He was a director
of the International Moot Court.
In his spare time, Stuart enjoys travel, computer games, sports,
wood working, and spending time with his family.
