Professional Experience
James is a patent agent with Kinney & Lange and primarily focuses his practice on patent matters, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications and conducting patentability studies. James has experience working with clients of all sizes, from individual inventors up to multinational corporations.
He holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
In his spare time, James enjoys reading non-fiction, hiking Minnesota’s many trails, playing computer games, and watching the Simpsons.
